Project 01
30-Year-Old Deck Restoration
From weathered to WOW.
We removed and reinstalled deck boards for foundation access, then fully sanded and refinished this large, weathered deck with a rich solid-color stain.
A full structural and aesthetic revival, now built to last another 30 years.

Before
Thirty years of weathering: faded boards, worn finish and sections lifted for access to the foundation.
Sanding & preparation
Boards reinstalled and the full surface sanded back to sound wood. The pale stripes are freshly cut replacement stock.
Finishing
The first coat of solid-color stain going down.
After
The finished deck: uniform color, sound boards and a surface built to last another thirty years.
Project 02
Whole-House Exterior Wash
Start to finish in a single day.
Years of algae and weathering had darkened the siding and left heavy staining down the stucco chimney.
We matched the cleaning method to each surface: enough pressure to lift the growth and staining, held below what would drive water behind the siding or erode the stucco.
Every photo below was taken on the same day: the before shots that morning, the after shots that afternoon.

Project 03
Pool Patio & Paver Restoration
Moss out, color back.
Moss and weeds had taken hold across the paver joints, and the stamped concrete around the pool had gone flat and grey with organic growth.
We cleared the joints mechanically before washing, so the cleaning reached the soil that would otherwise seed again within a season.
The result restored the original color of both the pavers and the stamped concrete surround.
